While the majority of the work happens on your own, our sessions will be where we dive deep, exploring how to seamlessly integrate these strategies into your family’s routine. You can expect to spend about 2 hours per week on “homework” outside of our meetings, allowing you to reflect and grow at your own pace while receiving expert guidance.
